| · | In the all tab you can specify the view state. You can also specify if the categories, occurrences or priorities should be applied by the view state or not. So for instance if the view state is completed and you have checked the categories checkbox only the completed categories will be shown when switching to the categories tab. If you click on the outstanding radiobox in the all tab and switch back to the categories tab then you will only see the outstanding categories. If you always want to see all the categories then click on the category checkbox to uncheck it. The same goes for Priorities and Occurrences.
