Select the default category that should be displayed everytime a new task is created.

Select the default priority that should be displayed everytime a new task is created.

Select the default occurrence that should be displayed everytime a new task is created.

Select the default snooze time that should be displayed everytime a new task is created.

Click on Auto close task window when applying occurrence. If checked and you click on Apply Occurrence it will automatically save and close the task window. If un-checked it will apply the occurrence and give you time to do something else with your task.
