Click on the Minimize menu item to minimize HotKeyz and hide it from the Task Bar. Minimize will also save all your hotkeys automatically.

To show HotKeyz just simply click on the Tray Icon or use the hotkey combination you have specified for the Hotkey command: Show HotKeyz.
