Let's use an example to explain how to use this feature.

I clicked on the new hotkey button. The "Hotkey New" window shows. I choose the command = iexplore.exe, parameter = www.yourloginwebsite.com and hotkey = WinKey + S, and in the Login tab I type in a username = testname and password = testpassword. You will notice that on the right it will say "Current login hotkey to be used in combination with this hotkey. Single: None and List: None". This means that I have not yet created a "Login" or "Login List" hotkey. Click on OK to save the WinKey + S hotkey.

Now on the new hotkey button, choose the command = "Single Login" and the hotkey = WinKey + P and click on OK to save the WinKey + P hotkey.

Click on the new hotkey button again, choose the command = "Select Login from Pick List" and the hotkey = WinKey + O and click on OK to save the WinKey + O hotkey.

Now you are ready for some action! First press the WinKey + S hotkey to launch your website. In this case it will go to website www.yourloginwebsite.com. Wait for it to load and show the username & password fields. Make sure that the cursor is in the username field. Now press your login hotkey which is WinKey + P and HotKeyz will fill in "testname" in the username field, tab to the password field and fill in "testpassword" in the password field and then press enter for you!

If you already opened this website and you logout. Later you want to login again. So without having to use the WinKey + S hotkey to launch it from the beginning, make sure your cursor is on the username field then press the WinKey + O hotkey and choose from the pick list the correct website to login to. Again HotKeyz will fill in "testname" in the username field, tab to the password field and fill in "testpassword" in the password field and then press enter for you!

To edit the username and / or password you must go to the hotkey which will open that program or website. In my example it will be WinKey + S. You will see that the password is encrypted so that nobody can easily get hold of your password. To edit the password click the reset button.

You will also notice that you can specify the [Tab] and [Enter] behaviour for the before and after the username and password fields.

Examples:

Lets say you want HotKeyz to type in the username then tab twice and then enter the password tab 3 times and press enter:

Behaviour 1:        blank field

or, tab once into the username field then fill in the username, tab, fill in the password, tab and press enter to login:

Behaviour 2:        [TAB]

Password:        PASSWORD

Behaviour 3:        [TAB][ENTER]

Most websites and programs requires only:

Behaviour 1:        blank field

Username:        USERNAME

Behaviour 2:        [TAB]

Password:        PASSWORD

Behaviour 3:        [TAB][ENTER]
