Click on the Exit menu item or button to exit HotKeyz .

You will get a confirmation window asking you to Exit HotKeyz? Click Yes to Exit.

If you haven't saved your hotkeys after adding a new one or editing others, you will get a confirmation window asking you to save your un-saved hotkeys. Click on the Yes to save your un-saved hotkeys.

If you have any hidden desktop windows. You will get a confirmation to exit. If you don't unhide them they will stay hidden and can't be unhidden even if you restart HotKeyz. So unhide them before closing HotKeyz.
