Copy the keys.ini file to make a backup of all your hotkeys. Copy all the *.mcr files to make a backup of all your macro's. Copy the HotKeyz.ini file to make backup of your HotKeyz program settings.

All these files should be in the default installation directory "c:\program files\skynergy\hotkeyz" unless it was installed in a different directory by you.
